The QA Lead will join the existing QA team and personnel and will support and improve the quality of our industry leading desktop and web applications. You will be responsible for helping develop and implement QA testing methods, ensure quality code delivery, and set the direction for existing and future quality control

Job Details
- BS or BA in related field
- 7-10 years prior experience as a Quality Analyst, 2 years as a Lead desired
- Experience working within an Agile software development environment, automation testing practices, and creating detailed SQL queries
- Ability to demonstrate organization, planning, decision making, negotiating, collaboration
- Ability to lead with confidence, influence, and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
- Proven ability to grow as a leader and manager within a team and organization
- Knowledge of writing queries in SQL Server, testing various software applications, and automation testing tools and framework
