Job Details

Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and processes
Manage the quality control and inspection team
Ensure compliance with quality standards across the business
Work proactively with leaders and employees in all functional areas for continual product and process improvement
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and production to ensure product quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control position
Experience managing a Quality team in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
