We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team. This critical role will have a direct impact on the quality and safety of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Quality Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing quality control systems in accordance with SOP, IQ, PQ, and OQ principles.
2. Conducting validation processes to ensure products meet design specifications and quality standards.
3. Working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to all safety protocols.
4. Leading and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
5. Managing and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
7. Reviewing manufacturing processes and making recommendations for improvements.
8. Preparing and presenting quality reports to management.
9. Training staff on quality control and company standards.
10. Staying updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Quality Engineer position should have:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role.
3. Extensive knowledge of SOP, IQ, PQ, OQ, and validation processes.
4. Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
5. Proficiency in ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong organizational and project management skills.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
