Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system in compliance with ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives and monitor their achievement.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage the non-conformance process, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, keeping abreast of any changes and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
• Coordinate and participate in external audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role within the engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in conducting audits and managing external audits is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
