Job DetailsResponsibilities:
As a Permanent Quality Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
2. Applying LEAN Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
3. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
4. Leading the execution of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
5. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and processes.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
8. Providing training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and practices.
9. Preparing and presenting quality reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Quality Manager position, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role within the Engineering industry.
3. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) by ASQ.
4. Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, LEAN Six Sigma, and QMS.
5. Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and conducting FMEA.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
