Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neuro department. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and who is passionate about the field of neuroscience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with neurological conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families about neurological conditions and treatment options
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Willingness to help pay for BSN for any candidate who gives more than 1 year

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a staff RN in a bedside setting
• Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
