Title: REMOTE Account Executive
Location: 100% REMOTE (Work from home | WFH)
Salary: $90,000- $120,000 Bonus

Job Details
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the most suitable solutions.
4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
6. Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
7. Forecast and track key account metrics to ensure targets are met.
8. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the manufacturing software industry.
Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as an Account Executive or similar role in manufacturing software sales, with a minimum of 3 years experience in this field.
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
4. Solid experience with MES, QMS, SaaS, and semiconductor sales.
5. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
6. Proven ability to position products against competitors.
7. Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
