Tax Senior
Based on experience level you may perform all or some of the responsibilities below:
Prepare all types of tax returns, including individuals, partnerships, S corporations and trusts as well as information and other compliance returns.
Assist clients with accounting services including QuickBooks reconciliation and cleanup, as well as adjusting journal entries necessary to prepare tax returns.
Review simple tax returns prepared by staff for accuracy and look for tax-saving opportunities.
Research tax issues.
Communicate with the IRS and other tax authorities as a client advocate.
Manage project workload to meet client and government deadlines.
Train and mentor others on tax projects.
Proactively interact with clients to gather information, make recommendations, and resolve various tax-related matters.
Various other duties that may be assigned to provide quality client service.
