Job Details
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and coordination within the construction industry. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Entering new bids in JobNimbus and setting up the job folder on the server then adding to the AirTable and assigning it to an estimator.
- Submittals for projects
- Ordering 411 rooftop reports via Aerial Estimations/Roofr
- Creating labor tracking sheets for projects
- Creating/updating the upcoming project tracking list
- Updating the production schedule for the schools & other projects (Weekly & Monthly)
- Monitoring and maintaining the estimator’s bid log
- Sales tracking
- RD Job/project folder Generation
- Assist sales team & estimators
- Front desk coverage for lunches/receptionist is out
- Assist with various office duties (clean up, big print jobs etc)
- End of year project folder purge (Scan in all RED job folders)
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales and coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction products and services and the ability to communicate technical information to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
