Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and reviewing financial statements.
- Work with Deltek CostPoint to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide expert-level accounting support to the Finance team, including analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed, providing accounting and financial expertise to support business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in a Senior Accountant role, with a focus on month-end close processes and Deltek CostPoint.
- Deltek CostPoint experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, including GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
