Job Details

Your background plus some duties of the role:

• Bachelors' Degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in a technical discipline line: Engineering (EE preferred) or Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience building products in the electrified mobility space.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional technical teams, translate concepts to technical solutions, marshal resources, and ultimately to deliver products to market
• Technical expertise in power electronics or vehicular electrification, power train, power controls, software/hardware products, and connected / edge compute devices. If you have some of this, we'll help you get the rest.

Must have some combination of industry knowledge from automotive, electrified mobility, consumer electronics, power electronics, or aerospace & defense.
Comfortable in an early-stage growth environment with inherent ambiguity and lean fast-moving teams

• Experience with electronic applications like robotics, autonomous vehicles, computer vision sensors, medical devices, etc.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• A strategic approach and strong communicator
• Preferred, but not required would be to have worked in a fast-growth company that is scaling fast
