We're a Multifamily Developer Builder specializing in ground-up market rate apartment complexes throughout the U.S. Our team is actively expanding and we're looking to make a long-term hire by adding a Project Manager to our team that has 10 years experience along with the capabilities of overseeing up to 3 multifamily projects simultaneously.
Currently, we have numerous projects located throughout Colorado Springs and the Fort Collins area that are all 250 units and anywhere from 3 to 5 stories.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily, garden style, and podium apartment projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from conception to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including but not limited to:
1. Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables.
2. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
3. Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
4. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
5. Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
6. Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
7. Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
8. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
9. Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
10. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with multifamily, garden style, and podium apartment projects.
2. A college degree in a construction-related field.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct team members and oversee large-scale projects from conception to completion.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and devise effective solutions.
6. Proficient in project management software.
7. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
9. A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety in the workplace.
