We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service Manager for our HVAC division in the construction industry. Responsibilities
- Project management, scheduling, and asset management
- Management of costs, billings, and collections
- Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow
- Evaluate contractual scope of work
- Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively
- Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations
- Manage and mitigate financial risks
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in HVAC and B2B sales preferred.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
