Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage stock prep operations to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Utilize OSI PI to monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot process issues and develop effective solutions.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams to document and communicate process design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process engineering objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior process engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in process engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in process improvement, process control, and stock prep.
- Proficiency in OSI PI and other relevant process engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
- Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
