Unit Description: The RN Manager has the authority, responsibility and accountability for the overall program operations and patient care provided in the primary care practices with the support of the Director of Practice Operations and the Chief Nursing Officer. The individual demonstrates leadership and is responsible to work collaboratively in an ever-changing environment to assure the delivery of quality patient care. Responsibilities include organizational planning, compliance with regulatory standards, fiscal management, setting and maintaining standards of nursing care and practice, coordinating services, and providing the professional growth of staff. The RN Manager shall work with the Director of Practice Operations for teamwork and communications to benefit the patients and staff within the practices. The RN manager needs to have a bachelor’s degree in nursing and five years relevant clinical practice experience with at least three years of supervisory/management experience. The RN manager should be able to work in a normal office environment with frequent interruptions, and in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Frequent walking and lifting are required for position.
On-call: Not required.
Incentives: $10K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time, per diem not eligible).
