Type: Full time – Direct Hire with Great Benefits! (Company Truck)

Location: Buffalo, NY 14212 – (Office in Alden, 14004) – State-wide Travel

Schedule: Monday to Friday (travel required – 4 days when traveling)

Compensation: $75- 100K Great Benefits (Health, 401K, , Expense Reimbursement, PTO, Truck, Training – learning -- structural deep foundation--)

Preferred Knowledge and Technologies: Estimation for Site Work C / Structural / Geotechnical Construction Projects

Experience with the following is preferred (but not necessary)

· Dealing with vendors and subcontractors

· Some knowledge of Soldier and Bearing Piles and Lagging is Preferred (but not required)

· Some Knowledge of caissons, sheet piling bulk heads is preferred (but not required)

· Construction Estimation Software

· Project Management Tools

· Deep Understanding of Union Labor

· Supervision and Guidance of pricing, scheduling and project management

· Scheduling of Contractors and Deliveries

· Knowledge of Ordering and Managing Vendors

· Material Delivery

· Sub Contractor Coordination

· General Contractor Coordination

· Change Orders

We are a full-service geotechnical foundation contractor operating across New York State (and surrounding areas). Our experience and expertise cover a wide range of specialty foundation construction for both structural and ground improvement solutions. We operate in the transportation, power, water/wastewater, mining, building, industrial, and oil, gas, and chemical markets.

Our rapidly growing foundations business, which includes drilled shafts, micro pile, driven pile, augercast-in-place pile, full displacement pile, soil mixing, support of excavation, anchors, tiebacks, stone columns, and other geotechnical solutions.

Additional Requirements:

· Some travel – mostly Rochester, Syracuse, - must be available and willing !

· Full Time (6:30am – 4:30pm…Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and some Saturdays 7-12pm = OT)

· MUST BE PRESENTLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK FOR ANY EMPLOYER IN THE US
