About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager II, you will be responsible for high-level relationship management with one or more assigned clients that are vital to the success of our organization. You will actively engage with senior management and executive levels within the enterprise and/or client organizations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels within the enterprise and/or client organizations.
  • Work on developing, modifying, and executing policies that have a significant impact on client operations and the overall business.
  • Take responsibility for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and overall management of client relationships.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related discipline. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and work with various levels within the organization.
  • Logical thinking and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong financial services background.
