About the team
The Delivery Management team is a group of executives that collaborate across the FIS ecosystem to ensure that we are delivering to the expectations of our customers. This client facing role interacts with the C suite at our customers and Capital Markets senior leadership.
What you will be doing
In this role you will be coordinating between all of the FIS functions and the business to drive a customer centric approach that improves customer delivery. You will be working with customers to identify issues and then working within FIS to resolve those for our customers and find ways to make sure other customers don’t experience the same issues.
• Handling major customer escalations
• Reviewing KPIs and OKRs as part of functional interlocks
• Managing the SLA budget
• Driving business outcomes through strategic improvement plans
