Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and safe for customers
- Perform preventive maintenance services with minimal supervision
- Repair and troubleshoot various vehicle components
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Utilize Penske's tools and technology for logging and completing repairs
- Participate in technician training programs
- Complete other assigned projects and tasks

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- Specialized training and experience in diagnosing major components (preferred)
- Proficient with tools of the trade
- Valid driver’s license
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting
- Routine use of hands for operating tools and controls
- Safe working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Good vision and hearing for navigating the work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs/23kg regularly and occasionally up to 100lbs/45kg
