Job Title: Merchandiser for Greater Fargo, ND (Moorhead & Detroit Lakes) Hiring Immediately! Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Merchandiser to support the Keurig Dr Pepper brands, such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other popular products. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are stocked and prominently displayed in retail stores within your assigned territory. About the Role: - Stock and display our products on shelves and coolers in large accounts within your territory. - Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and be available to cover assigned routes. - Use personal vehicle to travel to stores in your territory (products will be delivered in advance to the stores). - Receive a company-issued phone with an app to track your work hours and mileage for reimbursement. Shift and Schedule: - Full-time position. - Work from 6:00 am until the required tasks are completed. - Five scheduled shifts per week. - Every other weekend off on a rotating basis. - Flexibility to work overtime as needed. You enjoy working independently but also value interactions with colleagues. Physical activity is a significant part of this role, as you will be lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Requirements: - High school diploma or GED preferred. - Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. - Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs multiple times. - Valid driver's license. - Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use. Total Rewards: - Starting pay at $17.77 per hour, increasing to $18.70 per hour after 6 months. - Eligibility for benefits and participation in collective bargaining agreements (if applicable). - Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement (average of 50 miles per week).
