Job Opportunity: Relief Sales Manager Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a Relief Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Belpre, Marietta, OH and Ripley, Parkersburg, WV areas. We are hiring immediately and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Responsibilities: - Your main responsibility will be to up-sell and fulfill orders, focusing on execution and merchandising. - You will be in charge of retaining and expanding our customer base in assigned areas, including on-premise customers. - You will promote and sell our Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and more to retail stores within your territory. Schedule: - This is a full-time position. - You will start at 6:00 am and work until the day's tasks are finished. - You will have 5 scheduled shifts per week, including weekends (your days off will fall during the week). - Flexibility to work overtime, as needed. Requirements: - At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position where you were held accountable for meeting sales targets and upselling. - The ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly. - A valid driver's license. Total Rewards: - Pay starts at $20.09 per hour, with an increase to $21.14 per hour after 6 months. - Eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement (average of 200-400 miles per week).
