Position: Store Manager Responsibilities: - Lead all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to provide our customers with a memorable experience. - Provide people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and maintain store appearance. What You'll Do: - Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling. - Drive team performance to meet or exceed goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Ensure all technicians are SafeTech™ certified and performing quality work. - Guide and reinforce proper vehicle and equipment maintenance, collaborate with marketing associates for displays. - Provide world-class customer service and address complaints/warranty issues promptly. - Perform other assigned duties. What You'll Need: - High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred). - Valid state-issued driver's license. - 3 years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to performance incentives. - 3-5 years of retail or service center experience; automotive experience preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment. - Excellent communication skills to influence, engage, and have crucial conversations with a diverse workforce. - Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions. - Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment. - Physical requirements: lifting up to 35 lbs., working at elevated heights, and extended periods of standing.
