About the team:

You will be part of the Client Success team within International Markets and will work closely with peers within the Client Success team, as well as with other stakeholders and functional partners within FIS’s functional matrix model.

This role will provide hands on leadership of testing activities and engage directly with the customer on relevant testing activities.  Role is required to have experience and familiarity with cards processing and/or card-based payment Processing.

What you will be doing:

•  Leading a team of QA Analysts for one, or more, dedicated stream(s)

• Creating test plans, as well as identifying and mitigating risks associated with those plans

• Creating test cases, with associated peer reviews and then oversee their execution

• Integration with defect reporting and results presentation tools

• Note defects or trends and the possible causes

What you bring:

• Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing Knowledge

• Knowledge of defect management tools

• Knowledge and Experience of automated test tools Knowledge of functions, features and components of existing and planned operating systems and applications

• Maintaining robust and cohesive automated suites of tests across different types of environments

• Ability to provide test coverage support for test engineers

• Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving

• Ability to collaborate with delivery teams

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
