Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study with at least 8 years of customer-facing federal acquisitions/financial assistance experience
- Significant experience and Subject Matter Expertise in federal acquisition and financial assistance regulations and policies
- Demonstrable experience drafting federal acquisition or financial assistance guides/ work instructions or policies
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel
- Ability to read and interpret Federal acquisition policy, regulations, and directives and to apply those interpretations fully and legally to required deliverables
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Understanding of Simplified Acquisition Process (SAP)
- Knowledgeable of Other Transaction Agreement/Authority (OTA) contracting
- Background in working on and improving Financial Assistance Programs
HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 3 years of client-facing acquisitions/financial assistance-related consulting project experience for a federal contractor/consulting firm
- Significant depth of knowledge and experience developing and working with Other Transaction Agreements and associated policies and processes

This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
