The Operations Support Specialist will work with various areas of the business to ensure accurate invoicing of accessorial charges and identify resolutions of customer payment discrepancies.

Responsibilities
- Execute all accessorial-related activities.
- Participate in the customer implementation process to create and maintain customer accessorial profiles.
- Communicate customer process concerns to accessorial stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Create and maintain QSWIs and assist with system testing.
- Identify opportunities that capture additional accessorial revenue.
- Associate degree.
- One plus years of relevant work experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills.
- Ability and desire to work on-site, in person, at a Schneider facility as part of a team.
- Able to manage multiple priorities at once.
