Job Description
Performs nonproduction activities which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
The candidate needs to support in pulling/picking orders for production. This involves operating a forklift to move engines, sheet metal parts, pallets, and large items to verify parts on work orders and to stage them and verify them before the job goes to production.
Additionally, position would be responsible for creating job boxes, and supporting the receiving team by adding parts to job boxes as they arrive and supporting the organization of the warehouse.
Position also requires the loading and unloading of goods, materials, and finished products onto and of trucks per the facility needs.

Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources.
Applies Operating System practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology throughout the plant.
Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet manufacturing goals.
Works with peers and all levels of the organization to maintain process performance.
Teamwork
Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.
Participates actively in the identification of ways in which to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
