Jockey is seeking a Head of Consumer Engagement to join our Marketing team!
This position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies across various marketing channels and consumer touchpoints, driving brand awareness, and enhancing consumer experience and engagement.
This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Media Strategy Development & Execution – Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across traditional and digital platforms to maximize brand health and ROI.
- Social Media Leadership – Oversee the social media strategy and social media agency, ensuring engaging and innovative content across all social platforms, and strong community management. Monitor trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on market changes.
- Social Commerce – Partner with the Direct-to-Consumer team to develop, launch, and execute best-in-class social commerce.
- Shopper Marketing Expertise – Create and execute shopper marketing strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales both in-store and online.
- Marketing Operations Management – Lead the marketing operations function, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across all marketing activities and channels.
- Consumer Strategy – Lead the integration of the consumer strategy into Jockey and our partners as well as the continual evolution of this target.
- Reporting – Lead the development and execution of regular reporting on the performance of Media, Social Media, and Shopper Marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership & Development – Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize data and analytics to inform strategies, measure performance, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, DTC, Merch, Legal, and Finance, to align marketing strategies with company objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Budget Management – Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum impact of marketing initiatives.
- Vendor & Agency Relationships – Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality and cost-effective external support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a recent history of media, social media, and shopper marketing leadership.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and product marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience leading shopper and channel marketing.
- Innovative and effective social media experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker, self-starter, and fast learner with ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple projects and meeting time-sensitive goals and deliverables.
