Family owned and operated for over 35 years, Joe D’s has the experience, product knowledge, and brand assortment to help its customers select the perfect kitchen, laundry, and outdoor appliances.
Our team is seeking an experienced Sales Representative who is knowledgeable about all facets of home appliances across the spectrum of brands and price points. With a focus on expanding our high-end business, the role requires strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with retail customers and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Point person for retail customer walk-in business
- Respond to online customer inquiries
- Assist in lead generation
- Help guide customers when required; listen and facilitate when appropriate
- Post-sale follow-up
Skills
- High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
- Spreadsheet proficiency
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Applicant must be willing and able to work on Saturdays.
Base salary will be commensurate with experience. There is unlimited total compensation potential.
