Hipster Coffee Shop - Rise N Grind Currently looking for staff to work part-time.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, detail oriented, and engaged.
Minimum 1 year of Experience in coffee shop or restaurant.
Availability should include weekends and a minimum of four days per week. We require flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve beverages and food by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about products and services provided
- Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of ingredients
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in food service or coffee experience required.
- excellent customer service
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- The ability to work in a fast paced team environment
Job Type: Part-time Pay: up to $18 per hour ($15/hr base average of $1-$3/hr of online & cash tips)
