We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Service Writing:** Documenting customer concerns, vehicle symptoms, and services performed.
- **Customer Service:** Interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- **Auto Estimating:** Providing accurate estimates for automotive services and repairs.
- **Auto Service Management:** Coordinating service appointments, managing workflow, and ensuring timely completion of services.
**Skills:**
- Experience in automotive service or related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of auto mechanics and repair processes.
- Proficiency in auto estimating software.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
