What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Sales Associate position at Johns Creek Spa?
We are looking for an energetic, self motivated, reliable and positive Sales person to become a member of our spa team.
The primary role of a Sales person is to:
- Sell salon massage/facial memberships, retail products, and gift cards
- Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preferences.
- Meet / Exceed sales goals
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members.
- Available to work flexible hours and days including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Clean and sanitize spa
- Complete marketing activities
Skills Required
- Sales Focused
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Takes initiative and can work independently
- Focus and attention to detail and ability to follow a plan
- Reliable, trustworthy and disciplined to processes
- General computer and math ability
