Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is the internal staffing agency for the Johns Hopkins Health System and partner hospitals, providing temporary support to a variety of the Johns Hopkins locations. Hours:
Rotate on biwkly basis. Day shift 6 a -2:30, 7a – 3:30 and 8a -4:30
- Training for– 3 weeks 8-4:30
- Floating between 7 different locations within the hospital
- After training, rotation begins: Work M-Th, off Friday, work sat/sun, off Mon and return Tues and work Tuesday through Friday
- Following week would be mon-fri, off sat/sun
- Next two weeks would be 11:30 – 8 pm
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, and following established procedures, receives visitors or patients, ascertains their needs and directs them accordingly; periodically escorts patients; answers telephone and provides general Hospital information.
Qualifications:- HS Diploma
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 6 months - 1 year customer service expeirence in a similar work environment
- Computer literate
