Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the month end close process to meet the month end reporting deadlines
- Monthly bank statement reconciliations
- Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliation workbooks ensuring accurate reporting of balances. Ensure all reconciling items are addressed timely.
- Strong understanding of job costing, with a sound knowledge of Earned Value and WIP.
- Calculate commissions with understanding of different commission rate structures
- Function as the key contact for Concur setting up new users and addressing user inquiries
- Collaborate with the AP, AR, operations teams and business partners
- Provide requested documentation for annual year-end audit
- Ad-hoc reporting duties
- Ensure compliance with sales tax reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Understanding of GAAP accounting
- Experience in a company with multiple entities
- Experience with Concur preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
