General Description:
The Project Coordinator is integral to the success of the insurance division at Johns Lyng USA. Your commitment to quality and accuracy will drive our goals related to client conversion and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain timely communication with stakeholders and clients via phone and portal
- Ensure SLA compliance throughout entirety of job process
- Generate and approve purchase orders accurately before job completion entry
- Manage subcontractor setup and invoices within Dash
- Complete COS before invoicing claims and ensure timely billing
- Respond promptly to all communications and log complaints in Dash for resolution
- Assist with accounts receivable and participate in weekly WIP reviews
- Maintain monthly budget
- Undertake necessary administrative tasks as required
Key Selection Criteria:
- Strong organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to new software programs as required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods while handling up to 50 calls per day
