The Regional Corporate Recruiter position for Johnson Barrow will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Requisitions will range from entry-level administrative positions to highly technical sales, service, and management positions. Construction industry recruiting or sales recruiting experience is definite plus.
Qualified candidate will use creative and unique sourcing strategies to identify strong candidate pool for all open requisitions within the company. Sales oriented individual who views this position as a entrepreneurial opportunity.
Job Duties
- Manage all phases of the recruitment process.
- Manage full cycle, end-to-end recruiting process; sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring.
- Collaborate with Management to develop creative, detailed, and relevant job descriptions and postings.
- Collaborate and align with management to determine/identify company needs, and construct detailed and relevant job descriptions/postings.
- Manage job postings and advertisement processes.
- Creatively source and engage qualified candidates in timely manner.
- Review applications, conduct phone screens and select qualified candidates.
- Screen applicants and qualify candidates, present qualified candidate pool for review.
- Schedule interviews, oversee preparation of interview questions. Management training in relation to the interview and selection process
- Develop specific interview criteria for open positions.
- Interview and offer process, identifying and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Occasional travel required. Offices include Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Boise and Vancouver, BC.
- Sources and recruits to develop candidates. Pre-closes candidates during candidate intake.
- Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years full cycle recruiting experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics
- Ability to create and implement unique sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
