J&J Consumer Health is recruiting for a Strategy & Deployment Lead Analyst located in Skillman, NJ or Fort Washington, PA.
The role will be a key member of the Strategy & Deployment Team, directly partnering with various stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives, creation of dashboards and implement improvement processes that will positively impact efficiencies.

- The Strategy & Deployment-Lead Analyst is responsible for leading the coordination of various impactful projects in collaboration with R&D, Quality, IT, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain.
- Work in conjunction with team members and partners to identify common root causes and design solutions that increase efficiency and improve ways of working.
- Investigate, recommend, and implement or revenue assurance opportunities linked to process improvements.
- Consolidate and present information to partners and senior management in a clear and concise manner that allows management to make strategic decisions.
- Review, analyze, and streamline metrics to add deeper business perspective to evaluate trending, and report out to management.
- Effectively connect with internal and external business partners or peers across sectors.
- Utilize multiple systems, resources and tools to successfully diagnose opportunities, suggest paths of improvement and coordinate collaboration.
- Identify, lead, and/or participate in ad-hoc projects to support business, reporting needs, process efficiencies, and/or strategy improvements and implementations.
Qualifications
Requirements to be successful in applying for this position:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of related business experience, preferably in Consumer Goods industry.
- A demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets, visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards in Excel VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and solutions in business-friendly and easy to understand language.
- Strategic, intellectually curious problem solver with focus on outcomes. Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Must be comfortable shaping and challenging, and proactively providing solution recommendations
- Self-directed, but able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgment. Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Reputable data skills that will garner the respect and good partner relationships across functions.
Preferred:
- Advanced Degree - Business or Engineering Discipline
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Scrum Master
Role requires flexibility to work across multiple global time-zones, sometimes outside of normal working hours.
Role does not require travel
