Description
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., weekends as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plants, waters, prunes and otherwise maintains flowerbeds, shrubs, trees and lawns.
Cleans grounds using rakes, brooms, and high pressure hose equipment. Shovels, sweeps and removes debris from grounds.
Keeps drainage ditches and culverts free of obstructions.
Inspects grounds to ensure safe conditions and makes recommendations for improvements.
Prepares and grades terrain; seeds and/or sods lawns; transplants/plants shrubs, plants and trees.
Connects and maintains sprinkling equipment. Waters lawns, flower beds/gardens, shrubs, and trees.
Sprays trees, shrubs, and plants and applies nutrients for lawn and plant growth.
Inspects and performs minor repairs to equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, exterior vacuum equipment, mechanical ice melt chemical spreaders etc.
Assembles furniture, installs shelving, moves furniture, general housekeeping, freight handling, painting, light bulb changing, snow removal, and assists maintenance mechanics as a general helper.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience preferred. Current Indiana Drivers License required.
Salary : $26,900 - $34,100
