Job Posting for Scheduling Coordinator at Johnsonlink Orthodontics
With a rapidly expanding practice; the first impression and continued experience of our patients are paramount to further success. We know that how we communicate with our patients sets the tone for the entire experience they have at Johnsonlink Orthodontics. We are looking for someone to serve as a full-service liaison for any inquiry from our patients. The front office coordinator interacts with patients to deliver information in answer to general customer inquiries. Their main goal is to enhance the patient experience through their telephone and office interaction offering a high level of service and great solutions.
Responsibilities:
Johnsonlink Associate handles inbound and outbound calls.
Manage and respond to email, fax, or patient communication programs.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or confirming appointments for patients.
Process payments and answer general financial inquiries.
Resolving patient support issues and providing proper solutions that leave the patient happy when they have called in.
Working to save canceled start appointments, utilizing sales scripting training, with a goal of 100% appointment retention.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service.
Experience in the dental/medical field
Comprehensive computer skills are required.
Desire to work closely with patients.
Compensation is based on skill and experience.
Job Type: Full-time.
