THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of a growing business within the fashion accessories, lifestyle, jewelry and gifting industry? We're looking for a passionate and results-driven US Sales Manager to spearhead our Wholesale goals and drive growth in the US market for our Katie Loxton and A Littles & Co brands.

As the US Wholesale Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our US sales strategy, collaborating closely with our UK based Wholesale team to ensure seamless execution and remarkable results. You will make an impact by leading, inspiring, and motivating our sales team both internally and externally, guiding them towards the achievement of ambitious sales targets and goals.

You will be the driving force behind the running and success of our US showrooms and events by actively attending, supporting and meticulously tracking seasonal sales events to ensure we're hitting sales targets and growing our brand presence within the local market. With your keen eye for opportunity, you'll constantly seek out ways to elevate brand awareness and drive sales growth, working with our internal teams globally to turn vision into action.

As our US Sales Manager, you'll be obsessed with our product offerings and USPs, relishing every opportunity to showcase and sell our collections to key customers.

You will be based at our Head Quarters in Mooresville, North Carolina 3 days a week on average, flexing up to full weeks based on business needs with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week. You will be actively participating in shows and events, meaning travel is required for this role.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Working with the global Wholesale team and Directors to establish a clear commercial sales strategy for the US market to maximise wholesale revenue
  • Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report that showcase performance and highlight opportunities, presenting key findings and solutions
  • Working with Sales Agents on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting company targets including; sales, retention and growth
  • Ensuring we have good coverage across US, making sure we are stocked in the right stores, with the best placement and product presentation
  • Proactively working with global teams across the UK and US office to promote best practice, share US findings and increase sales
  • Overseeing all sales processes to ensure we are maximising sales at every touchpoint; over the phone, emails at shows, on the website etc
  • Monitoring and tracking weekly, monthly, seasonal and yearly performance, through delivering relevant reports and reviewing data, reporting opportunities or risks to key stakeholders
  • Tracking and analysing sales for all events and shows, sharing feedback on collections to the global Wholesale and Product Design team
  • Working in synergy with the Customer Experience team to ensure all orders received are sent out on time and in full, with a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing all agent communication and selling support.
  • Ensuring the brand is well represented at all times including; online, showrooms and in store, working with the Visual Merchandising team and external teams to ensure brand guidelines are maintained across US Stores and showrooms
  • Working with the wider Wholesale team to ensure floorplans, samples, signage, marketing materials are working for the market and driving revenue and that all event targets are met.
  • Being the main point of contact for all US sales queries and a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge
  • Leading on seasonal agent training at all showrooms, showcasing the new season, buy narrative and USPs
  • Creating individual sales strategies and targets per agent based on territory goals to ensure we are fully optimising sales in this location
  • Building a constructive and trustful relationship with all Sales Agents and their key contacts by fully understanding the decision-making process, account’s corporate objectives and strategies, financial performance, logistical process and deliveries
  • Clearly articulating and summarising the key account / agent / customers’ needs within the territory to further grow the business and remove internal barriers to get things done
  • Maximizing Sales Agent coverage in all states and ensure all Agents are maximizing their territories potential and working with them to stragtize for each area and ensure we are represented in the best stores
  • Attending all relevant trade shows, ensuring the showrooms are set up in time and correctly for the local market,
  • Supporting agents with selling, representing the brands and meeting clients, helping agents connect with new clients to ensure all targets are met
  • Presenting and selling collections to key customers
  • Supporting key accounts and house accounts to ensure we are hitting sales goals, being represented in the best light in all stores to grow the brand and increase sales
  • Work with the Global Wholesale team to develop seasonal strategies, incentives around events and holidays to ensure company’s targets are achieved.
  • Being the main point of contact for any wholesale queries within the US HQ, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure they are engaged, trained and supported across the season to maximise ‘sell throughs’ and develop initiatives to drive their business
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth transactions and customer journey
  • Keeping abreast of competitor activity and market trends, carrying out regular comp shops and identifying product gaps, feeding back key findings to relevant internal teams

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Suite

  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills with the ability to influence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadline
  • Proactive attitude with excellent self-management skills
  • Experienced in managing B2B sales for relevant markets in a similar industry
