Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Position summary and general purpose:

We are a full-service Lawn and Snow removal company serving the Cleveland area residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy individual(s) with a can-do attitude to join our team and be involved with turf mowing and/or landscaping duties. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the Company and promote the company culture and values. Landscaping experience is required.

• Pay starts at $15 -$22 per hour

• This position is seasonal with the potential to stay year-round or return for the next landscaping season
• Landscaping season is March through December

Position responsibilities:

• Operates lawn maintenance
• Provides lawn maintenance to residential and commercial properties
• Prepare truck, equipment, and materials needed for the day
• Communicate with a supervisor frequently to provide service issues
• Work alongside, other crew members
• Ensure work is being conducted safely for the employees, the customers, the public, and our environment
• Daily tasks include mowing, trimming edging, and blowing off lawns
• All other duties as assigned
• Following all safety procedures

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work

3. Valid Drivers License is preferred

4. Must be at least 18 years of age

5. Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation

6. Able to work 100% outdoors in all weather conditions

Other Qualifications:

1. Prior experience as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is required

2. Ability to work as a team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
