Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability

- Assist customers with new insurance policies and changes to their current policies

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products

- Promote new products or services

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential market opportunities

- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database

- Assist with sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes and writing policies

- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to communicate with customers in different languages

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to negotiate effectively

- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
