Hank is looking for Account Managers with past success of expanding a product in client accounts. This position is customer service focused with revenue generating responsibilities. You are the first line of communication to key client stakeholders and the liaison between support, product and the client. You will work with the direct sales team to transition closed business and create relationships within the client to grow the Hank product to other parts of the client portfolio.
This position requires a deep passion for customer satisfaction, knowing every satisfied customer leads to more opportunities for growth in the portfolio. You are a relationship based sales person who builds a trusting working relationship while gaining key understandings of the ongoing challenges our clients face. This position requires the ability to understand the Hank product at a near expert level, and curiosity to learn how each client operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client portfolio’s post Hank implementation
- Work with Hank Support and Virtual Building Engineering team to create a customer support plan
- Develop a strong understanding of your clients and their needs to successfully grow Hank in their portfolio
- Work with product team to relay product requests from clients to create a better user experience
- Learn and demonstrate the Hank platform to provide demonstrations
- Identify new opportunities within client portfolio
- Close new opportunities with current clients
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of quota carrying account management experience with sales to contacts at the director-level or above
- Experience in Software, Proptech, Commercial Real Estate, or Building Solutions
- Significant experience with presentations to executive level decision makers
- Show consistent success with a maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base
- Experience creating and developing long-term client relationships
- Experience managing large account portfolios
- Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape.
