Job Description:
Work with Project Managers, internal and outsourced installation, and Jones Safety Team on all paperwork needed for installs in a timely manner- Adheres to customer contract and timeline for field work
- Attends (over video) page turns reviewing sites
- RFPs to subcontractors for installation
- Trains subcontractors with PM on requirements for the field work
- Trains internal installers with PM on requirements for field work
- Does site walks with client, GC and/or end user customer
- Performs site surveys
- Oversees install in the field (at minimum days 1-3)
- Performs daily punch walks to keep final punch to zero
- Manages field to agreed upon purchase agreement - zero change orders
Requirements:
- 80% travel, ability to travel 2-3 weeks a month, prefer someone based in a city for ease of air travel
- Extensive sign knowledge in manufacturing and installation primarily with pylons, monuments, awnings, canopies, channel letters, interior signs, minimum of 3 years, hospital and large campus work a plus
- Experience in an office setting in the sign industry, minimum on one year
- COVID-19 current vaccinations per client
- Great communication, follow up and follow through
- Computer skills - Blue Beam, Excel, Word
- Experience with customer interactions
- Experience in safety protocol
