We are a full-service sign company specializing in custom signage and architectural elements. Whether it's new construction or an update to existing buildings; private, public or major venue, Jones Sign can handle our customer's projects from design assistance to installation. Jones Sign works with some of the top retail developers and environmental graphic consultants in the country and has ongoing relationships with many Fortune 500 firms. We manufacture all types of interior and exterior signage including wayfinding signs, electric signs, electronic message boards, pylon, channel letters, monument, wall signs, awnings, billboard structures and much more.

Summary:
We are looking for sales professionals with experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in signage or capital equipment sales, to join our join team. Employees in this role will develop or bring with them a new book of business, both in and outside of our current customer base, showing customers how Jones Sign Company can support their business growth through signage and branding using both interior and exterior programs as well as architectural design elements.
Duties and Expectations:
- Responsible for identifying and developing potential sales leads
- Assist and drive submittal processes to develop accurate proposals
- Drive deeper into existing customers to increase sales and profitability
- Present to potential clients the full array of services Jones Sign can provide them with while developing sales opportunities to fit client-specific needs
- Push specialty fab services beyond the core business we sell
- Fixes systemic issues on sites at an account level
- Finds solutions to client concerns
- Unbiased client advocate
- Quarterly client check-in
- Bridge gap between sales, project manager, and customer
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field - marketing, business development, construction management, architectural or structural design
- Bachelor's degree in a similar field is desired
- 5 years of sales experience with demonstrated success in business to business selling
- Capable of working outside of the non-traditional work hours, as is common in sales
- Sign, media, or display experience a plus
- Robust ability to analyze options and problem solve the unexpected
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents required; mechanical aptitude is desired
- Capable of doing or learning site surveys and field measurements
- Sales related training a plus
