Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team. As an HR Specialist, you will be part of the HR department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Title: HR Specialist

Location: Kyle, TX

Pay Range: $23hrly or Based on experience

What's the Job?

• Assist in recruitment efforts for management and hourly open positions in conjunction with hiring managers, utilizing the most efficient and effective sources.
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and company promotional opportunities to build an applicant pool and interest.
• Handle employee relations, including employee complaints, investigations, performance management, etc.
• Assist with periodic evaluation of compensation structure and programs to ensure that they are equitable, effective, and competitive within the market.
• Coordinate the creation or evaluation of job descriptions in conjunction with department managers.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a preferred concentration in Human Resources, Communication, or Pre-Law focus.
• 1 year of experience in business administration or human resources.
• Experience with a company with 300 employees.
• Industry exposure with manufacturing, production, or related private service organization.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
