Experis Game Solutions is seeking a Test Manager to join our team! As a Test Manager, you will utilize the resources provided to us by world-class video game publishers and technology leaders to build an environment that keeps skillful people happy through challenge and work-life balance . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving quality in the video game industry. Video Game Testing experience is required in this fun and collaborative environment!

Job Title: Video Game Test Manager (Quality Assurance, QA)

Location: Portland, OR

Pay: $120-140K salary (depending on experience) sign on bonus annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Test Leads and their associate staff, including hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
• Oversee a portfolio of titles , collaborating closely with internal and external partners to determine and set test priorities, efforts, and risk assessment.
• Conduct test performance optimization using appropriate tools, systems, and techniques.
• Drive all test development activities for your projects.
• Hands on partnership with internal and external teams to establish and maintain clear and concise reporting.
  
  

Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on Quality Assurance (QA) test experience in the video games industry.
• Leadership experience in the video game industry as a QA Manager, Test Manager, or Senior Test Lead with demonstrated experience in growing teams, talent, and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at scale. Including budget planning project costs, tracking KPIs, and client relationship management.
• Project Management in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with data querying and reporting in the Microsoft Office productivity suite.
