About Joplin Financial:
Joplin Financial is a branch of Investment Realty Home & Loans. We work in residential and commercial real estate, doing purchase, sale, and leasing. In addition, we act as a loan broker in residential, commercial, and hard money. Separately, we are a consulting service for banks and credit unions to facilitate performing, non-performing, and charged off debt sales/participations.
With a new website, a new marketing campaign, and a new lead funnel, we expect to be very busy and are looking to bring on new agents who really know how to get sh*t done! Want to be a part of this quickly expanding company?

Responsibilities:
- Organization and maintaining your own CRM of clients
- Follow-up by call, text, and/or email on lead generation
- Create and maintain property listings
- Generate, create, and maintain buyer/seller/investor marketing materials
- Set listing and buyers appointments
- Field incoming calls or texts from potential clients
- Solicit properties on the MLS
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Adhere to regulatory standards set by the DRE and NMLS
Qualifications:
- Active California DRE license
- Optional: Active NMLS mortgage loan originator (MLO) license
