About the Role
This role will provide administrative support to our Compliance, Legal and People teams. You will hold an important role in maintaining the professional and inviting brand of our firm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide scheduling support including the submission of travel and expense reports
- Heavy calendaring; maintain calendars: add, cancel or make changes to meetings in individual and team calendars
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal team members
- Resolve meeting conflicts for internal team members and business partners
- Take initiative in moving appointments and maximize use of time and schedule
- Timely processing of expense reimbursements for various team members
- Coordinate activities between internal teams
- Act as a backup to the other Office Administration team members as needed
- Maintain confidential and sensitive data and records with a high degree of confidentiality and trust
- Establish good relationships with team members across all offices
- Special projects, as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and build trust with the team
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks/meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- High standard of personal presentation, approachable, and demonstrates flexibility
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, and time management skills
- Superior service orientation with strong follow-up skills (verbal and written)
- Desire to be on a team, work together to achieve goals and continuously improve the process
- Experience in an office environment is a plus, but not required
