Joseph Airport Toyota has an opening for a Part-time Receptionist. The ideal receptionist will be a reliable and motivated, professional who loves to communicate face to face and on the phone. Successful candidates must have excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional speaking voice and the ability to multi-task. Previous Customer Service experience is a big PLUS!
This Part-time position pays an hourly wage commensurate with experience.
Must have great energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 4:00pm to 7:00pm; Saturdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Job Description – Receptionist:
This position involves managing consumers, visitors, telephone messages, and calls in a professional and efficient manner. The Receptionist also performs clerical duties to support the operation of daily business. As the first point of contact at the dealership, it is extremely important to have a positive and welcoming attitude!
Requirements – Receptionist:
Strong communications skills and professional personal presentation- Must have great phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Must have great energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Strong keyboard skills
- Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment

- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
