Position Title: Rep Services Representative - Regalia (Cap & Gown)

Job Summary:
Customer service position requiring technical knowledge of product or services. Has frequent contact with sales agents to provide or clarify information concerning service, products, pricing, billing and status of account quality or remedy of sensitive situations. Corresponds by email, fax or telephone with sales agents concerning requests for information regarding service or product availability, delivery, pricing, billing, account setup, day to day activities or other matters in a manner that will maintain good customer relations. This position also enters tooling requests and requests manufacturing sketches. Interfaces with other company departments including the plants, tooling and design center, accounting, sales and marketing, etc. This position must be versed in Jostens Policy and Procedures to enforce policy and guidelines however must also be able to make good sound decisions regarding exception to policy.
Promotes self-directed work-team environment, deals with commissioning issues, special account management (special circumstance accounts that require additional attention), travel (sales training, pocket meetings etc) all training of new hire employees to the work group and peer interviewing for new hires.
Cross functional skill with other product lines to create a backup resource during peak season.

Job Description:
- Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues. Also provides sales training as necessary.
- Enter tooling requests and requests for manufacturing sketches and artwork.
- Gather and disperse information to sales force, sales management and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events including collection lists and special stone orders.
- Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel. Includes monitoring of sales reservation system.
- Team participation and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years working in a customer service environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills in working with customers at all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to make decisions and exercise judgment
- One to two years previous Jostens customer service/ordering process experience is preferred
- Announcement and Cap and Gown product knowledge is preferred
- Limited travel may be required
